The Platform is strictly intended for adults. You must notify eq98 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. eq98 recommends that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available and use a strong, unique password for your account.
You agree to keep all account information accurate and current. If any information changes — including email address, phone number or payment details — you are responsible for updating your account promptly. eq98 shall not be responsible for failed payments, communications or compliance reviews resulting from outdated account information.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the eq98 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any balances and potential reporting to relevant authorities. Bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be voided.
The payment methods available for depositing funds are displayed in the live cashier section of the Platform. These may include familiar Pakistani payment rails such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers (including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah). All bonuses, promotions and special offers made available on eq98 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer ("Promotion Terms"). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Promotion Terms for a specific offer, the Promotion Terms shall take precedence for that offer.
Bonus funds are typically subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, contribution percentages and time limits are specified in the Promotion Terms for each bonus. It is your responsibility to read and understand these requirements before accepting any bonus.
eq98 reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit associated winnings and suspend accounts where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of: bonus abuse, use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, arbitrage betting, collusion, use of automated software or bots, or any other conduct that the operator reasonably deems to constitute misuse of promotional offers. Determination of bonus abuse is at the sole discretion of eq98, subject to the operator's fair review procedures.
